3. Hosting (All-INKL)
Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich. When the pages are accessed, server log files are processed (e.g. anonymized IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, user agent). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the stable and secure provision of the website).
4. Content Management & Plugins (WordPress, Elementor)
This website uses WordPress and the design plugin Elementor. Technically necessary data are processed to deliver content. Personal data are not shared with the providers unless otherwise specified.
5. Google Fonts
To ensure a consistent display of fonts, we use Google Fonts.
- Integration via Google servers (default): When you access our pages, your browser loads the required web fonts. Your IP address is transmitted to Google (Google Ireland Limited). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a uniform and fast display). If we obtain consent (e.g., via a consent banner), the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
- Alternative – local integration: If the fonts are stored locally on our server, no connection to Google servers is established. In this case, no personal data are transmitted to Google.
Further information on Google Fonts and data protection can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Contact & Inquiry Forms
When you contact us via email or form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, phone number, event details) to handle your inquiry, prepare a quote, and, if applicable, prepare or fulfill a contract (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR). We do not share this data without your explicit consent.
7. Internal Processing & Transfer to Third Parties
Your data are processed internally for creating offers, planning, and managing events. Data are only shared with third parties if:
- you have explicitly consented (e.g. to obtain offers from external service providers),
- it is necessary for contract fulfillment (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR), or
- there is a legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR).
8. Cookies & Consent Management
If cookies or similar technologies are used on certain pages, this is communicated via the consent banner. Processing occurs — depending on the type — on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (strictly necessary for operation/security).
9. SSL/TLS Encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
